What is the best time to do restoration work?* The best time of year to do restoration work is in warmer weather months. This is for a few reasons. The warmer weather is better for concrete curing and parking occupancy usually goes down in warmer months due to vacation and travel, allowing easier work areas in that space. Concrete restoration work is easier to do when the temperature is above 40 degrees Fahrenheit. If it is colder than this, the cost will increase in order to set up tents to keep the surface warm enough.  In colder temperatures, plastic is needed to keep the concrete warmer for curing. * Federal, State, and Local codes govern most of these requirements and should be thoroughly investigated.
