3rd & Ferry Streets Parking Garage Condition Appraisal - Easton, PA For the City of Easton, TimHaahs performed a condition appraisal and order of magnitude repair estimate of the 3rd and Ferry Streets Parking Structure. The 35-year old structure consisted of cast-in-place concrete with structural steel, and houses the police station, as well as minimal office space. ![]() TimHaahs reviewed the condition of the garage, as well as identified all repair work required. In addition, the project also required the performance of laboratory testing, including petrographic analysis and chloride ion content. Overall, the parking structure was found to be in relatively good condition, with the majority of required repairs related to water damage and exposure to temperature extremes. TimHaahs also recommended extensive joint sealant and expansion joint replacement. |
