8 Tower Bridge Parking Structure - Conshohocken, Pennsylvania TimHaahs was retained by Oliver Tyrone Pulver Corporation to provide design services for a 1,090 space, seven level precast structure. The structure provides parking for an adjoining 16-story office building along the Schuylkill River.  The architectural façade consists of two-toned spandrels and columns that match the adjacent office building. The two-toned feature was accomplished by utilizing white concrete and a combination of medium/heavy sandblasting. The use of glass on both the elevators and the stairtower allows for openness as well as passive security. The 250’ x 169’ parking garage has three 56’ wide bays featuring one-way 75 degree traffic flow. The functional design for the parking garage incorporates a crossover transition on every other level. |
