Annapolis Towne Centre Parking Structures - Parole, Maryland The Annapolis Town Centre at Parole is a mixed use development on 34 acres near the Chesapeake Bay town of Annapolis, Maryland. The Centre includes condominiums, restaurants, a grocery store, retail shops, an entertainment complex, and structured parking to support the entire development. ![]() TimHaahs is currently designing two freestanding parking structures with approximately 2200 spaces to support this vast redevelopment. One of the parking structures incorporates retail frontage, adding to the complexity of the project. TimHaahs designed the garage façades to complement and enhance the overall development theme created by the design architect, The Martin Architectural Group. The façade suggests the appearance of smaller buildings built over time; this theme carries through the entire development. From its inception, Greenberg Commercial Corporation, the project owner and developer, recognized the importance of providing parking to support this mixed-use development. The parking structures will be the first buildings constructed, to accommodate parking requirements for the remainder of the development. |
