Augusta TEE Center Reynolds Street Parking Garage - Augusta, Georgia TimHaahs teamed with TVS Design to plan and design a new parking structure to serve the expansion of the TEE Center in Augusta, GA. TimHaahs assisted in the preparation of a parking study to estimate the current and future parking needs of the TEE Center. Based on that study, TimHaahs determined that the area needed additional parking supply. As a result, the team recommended the construction of a new parking structure in close proximity to the TEE Center expansion. The parking structure will consist of approximately 430 spaces, and will be constructed on an existing parking lot adjacent to the center in downtown Augusta. Architecturally, the new parking structure complements the TEE Center expansion through the use of precast and brick cast into the spandrel panels. The height of the parking structure complements the mass of nearby existing buildings. Using a fast track approach, TimHaahs anticipates that the project will be delivered in less than nine months.
