This structure will contain 16,000 square feet of office space on two levels. ![]() The Borough of State College selected the project site of Beaver Avenue and Fraser Street in downtown State College. The project site is essential to Downtown State College Improvement District Area, and located across the street from a historic church. TimHaahs created an attractive façade and overall design for the garage that stands out in the neighborhood yet is cognizant of the historic church. ![]() The site was composed of a municipal parking lot and nine existing structures, which were demolished to create the new parking facility. TimHaahs assisted with the coordination of demolition and utility relocation, to ensure that the project progressed on schedule.
