Big Bethel Development Shared Parking Study - Atlanta, GA TimHaahs performed a shared parking study for the Big Bethel Development in Atlanta, GA to determine the estimated number of parking spaces needed at the development. The completed development will include student housing, the Atlanta Housing Authority, Big Bethel Church, and ancillary retail spaces. TimHaahs determined that a proposed parking structure at the development will require approximately 670 parking spaces to accommodate the variety of users in the area. Not only will this provide for the parking needs of the Big Bethel development, but it will also help to alleviate existing parking shortfalls in the area, including a student housing development. TimHaahs recommended that any unused spaces in the proposed parking structure be used to offset the parking shortage, as well as generate additional revenue. |
