Canon Americas Headquarters Parking Garage - Melville, New York

For Canon USA, TimHaahs teamed with Helmuth, Obata and Kassabaum, Inc. (HOK) to design a new parking structure at their campus in Melville, NY. The garage is part of the development of Canon’s new Americas Headquarters.

The new 1800 space parking structure will serve employees of the new campus. In addition, the garage includes provisions for an additional 400 space expansion in the future. The closed garage also includes required sprinklers and ventilation systems.

TimHaahs worked with HOK to perform structural engineering, architectural design and documentation, functional design and MEP services.
