Children’s Medical Center Parking Garage - Dayton, Ohio TimHaahs worked with prime designer, App Architecture, to design a 400 space parking structure for the Children’s Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio. The precast, stand alone garage will serve both patients and visitors to the hospital.  For the hospital, TimHaahs provided parking consulting and engineering services, developing the façade design, refining the floor striping plans, and recommending traffic directional signage within the garage. In addition, TimHaahs designed and detailed the foundation system for the structure, as well as made recommendations for joint selection, durability details, and lighting. The parking structure was completed in November 2007.
