Children’s Medical Center Parking Garage - Dayton, Ohio

TimHaahs worked with prime designer App Architecture to design a 400-space parking structure for the Children’s Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio.



The precast, stand alone garage will serve both patients and visitors to the hospital. TimHaahs provided parking consulting and structural engineering services, as well as recommended traffic directional signage throughout the site and within the garage.



In addition, TimHaahs designed and detailed the foundation system for the structure, as well as made recommendations for joint selection, durability details, and lighting.
