City of Clearwater Owner’s Representative Services - Clearwater, Florida

For the City of Clearwater, TimHaahs is currently serving as the City’s Owner’s Representative during the design of the Britt’s Surf-Style parking structure.



TimHaahs will provide Owner’s Representation services for the design of an approximately 300 space, four level parking garage, located on an existing lot containing the Britt’s Surf Style retail store in Clearwater Beach, FL. The new mixed-use parking facility will contain ground level retail and restaurant space.



In addition, TimHaahs will provide specific design guidelines to include functionality, security, lighting levels, durability, and waterproofing. TimHaahs will also provide a maintenance program to ensure the proper maintenance of the facility into the future.
