City of Naples Public Parking Facility - Naples, Florida

This four tier, 341 space facility provided much needed parking to employees and customers of the exclusive Fifth Avenue South shopping area. The garage also supports the Naples Players Theater located directly adjacent to the facility.



TimHaahs was retained as part of local architect Andrea Clark Brown’s design team to provide functional design, structural engineering, and parking consulting services.

The construction system is precast concrete with integral exterior beam/planter combinations, as well as aluminum trellis. The functional layout is of a single helix design using two-way traffic throughout the facility.
