City Park Mall Aesthetic Improvements - Fort Lauderdale, Florida The City Park garage is a 2,000 space facility located in the downtown district. TimHaahs is performing professional engineering and architectural services for the Phase III Aesthetic Improvements to the City Park Garage in Fort Lauderdale. TimHaahs is updating and enhancing the architectural aesthetics of the facility and improving the functionality of the garage.  Improvements include a new archway façade and illuminated signage on the east and west faces of the garage. The façade concept refinement study will enhance the selected façade concept, and identify architectural features that will improve the aesthetics of the facility. TimHaahs is also examining and making recommendations regarding the functionality and wayfinding for the garage.
