City Park Mall Aesthetic Improvements - Fort Lauderdale, Florida The City Park garage is a 2000-space facility located in the downtown district. TimHaahs provided professional engineering, design, and consulting services for the Phase III Aesthetic Improvements to the City Park Garage in Fort Lauderdale. TimHaahs updated and enhanced the facility and improved the functionality of the garage.  Improvements include a new archway façade and illuminated signage on the east and west faces of the garage. The study enhanced the selected façade concept, and identified features that improved the appearance of the facility. TimHaahs also made recommendations regarding the functionality and wayfinding for the garage.
