College of New Jersey Forcina Hall Parking Garage - Ewing, New Jersey The College of New Jersey experienced an enrollment increase, necessitating the construction of structured parking facilities to satisfy the parking demand on the campus. TimHaahs designed four new campus parking structures to serve the growing student population.  Forcina Hall serves as the central location for the College’s School of Education. The 277-space Forcina Hall garage serves faculty and staff of a number of nearby classroom buildings. The profile and architectural elements of the garage blend with the campus, creating an aesthetically pleasing structure.
