College of New Jersey Metzger Parking Garage - Ewing, New Jersey The College of New Jersey experienced an enrollment increase, necessitating the construction of structured parking facilities to satisfy the parking demand on the campus.  TimHaahs designed four new campus parking structures to serve a growing student population. The college, located in Ewing, New Jersey, was in need of additional parking for students and faculty. The 675 space structure helped to reduce the parking constraints created by a large increase in enrollment at the College. In addition, the architectural design of the structure complements the surrounding environment of the rural campus.
