Cooper University Hospital Parking Study - Camden, New Jersey For Cooper University Hospital, TimHaahs performed parking consulting services to assist in the planning and projection of anticipated parking needs at the hospital. Cooper University Hospital planned the significant expansion of their campus including approximately 135,000 square feet of new construction/renovation. As a result, TimHaahs conducted a parking data collection program to assess the existing parking situation in the study area, as well as provide information relative to future parking needs. TimHaahs also reviewed the “best fit” location for a proposed parking structure, and prepared a conceptual cost estimate of the facility. TimHaahs’ study provided the hospital with a clear picture of existing parking conditions. The study also helped to determine the impact that new development would have on the hospital’s parking resources.
