Crozer-Keystone Health System Parking Study - Upland, Pennsylvania

For the Crozer-Keystone Health System (CKHS), TimHaahs performed operational and parking consulting services for their five medical campuses in the Philadelphia area. TimHaahs reviewed the existing parking systems at the five campuses and provided recommendations for implementing and overseeing parking operations.

TimHaahs reviewed the current management structure at CKHS and provided recommendations for improved equipment, software, and infrastructure. TimHaahs also identified opportunities for increasing parking revenue at the five campuses. In addition, TimHaahs performed an operational audit on the valet services offered to patients.

TimHaahs’ recommendations related to CKHS’ parking management and operations will help to significantly improve their parking system. These strategies will create a more efficient parking system, while increasing revenue.
