Davis Street Parking Garage for Mercy Medical Center - Baltimore, Maryland

TimHaahs was retained by Mercy Medical Center (the Center) in Baltimore, Maryland to design a parking garage to serve patients, visitors, and employees of the Center.



The garage will accommodate approximately 1,300 spaces to update and increase its parking supply to keep pace with future expansion of the Center. The project included the demolition of the existing 450 space parking garage which occupied the site and potential reuse of the existing foundations.

Working with design architect RTKL Associates, TimHaahs is providing parking functional design, structural engineering, signage, parking equipment, and striping plans.
