Decatur Court Development Shared Parking Study - Decatur, Georgia TimHaahs performed parking consulting services at the Decatur Court Development to determine the estimated number of required parking spaces. The proposed development will include 180 to 220 residential units, 170,000 square feet of office, a church, a hotel, and a parking structure. TimHaahs performed a shared parking study for the site and determined a need for 550 to 575 parking spaces for the proposed garage. This would replace the existing parking in the area, which will be displaced due to construction. This will also provide adequate parking for hotel guests and employees, as well as residential tenants. |
