DPMC Construction and Feasibility Study - Trenton, New Jersey The New Jersey Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) retained TimHaahs in early 2004 to perform a feasibility analysis and study several functional options and cost estimates for the feasibility of constructing a parking structure.  TimHaahs conducted a space and functional needs analysis as well as an analysis of potential sites. During the analysis of the building program, TimHaahs prepared alternative functional designs for the selected site, including the impact of an existing heliport and flight pattern. TimHaahs also provided detailed Design Criteria for the proposed garage, and prepared the Construction Cost Estimate for the facility. |
