DPMC Construction and Feasibility Study - Trenton, New Jersey

For the New Jersey Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC), TimHaahs performed a feasibility analysis and studied several functional options and cost estimates for the feasibility of constructing a parking structure.



TimHaahs conducted a space and functional needs analysis, as well as an analysis of potential sites. During the analysis of the building program, TimHaahs prepared alternative functional designs for the selected site, including the impact of an existing heliport and flight pattern.

TimHaahs also provided detailed Design Criteria for the proposed garage, and prepared the Construction Cost Estimate for the proposed facility.
