East Stroudsburg University Feasibility Study - East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania TimHaahs teamed with STV Architects to provide a parking feasibility study on the campus of East Stroudsburg University. The study reviewed and analyzed two sites and three schemes to determine which location would be the most efficient and cost effective option for the development of an 800-space parking structure. The two sites included an existing parking lot north of the dining hall, and the existing softball field.  The study focused on a number of issues to determine the feasibility of adding a new parking structure. These issues included: • Student access • Traffic and pedestrian movements • Impact to residences in the area. The study determined that the university’s best option would be to construct the new parking garage on the softball field. Constructing on this site would not only avoid displacement of existing parking, but it would also be easily accessible for stadium events and an adjacent hospital. This site also allowed for the highest number of spaces with the smallest footprint.
