Lancaster General Hospital Parking Structure - Lancaster, Pennsylvania For Lancaster General Hospital, TimHaahs performed a parking supply and demand analysis and studied several functional options and cost estimates for the feasibility of constructing a parking structure. TimHaahs conducted a parking survey to determine the current parking supply and demand at the hospital’s facilities. TimHaahs provided five year projections based on survey data for future demand, and found a deficiency in the parking supply. After the completion of the parking study, TimHaahs performed functional design and parking consultation for the new parking structure. ![]() In 2001, TimHaahs revised and updated the 1998 study, reestablishing the parking demand for an existing baseline that the hospital may utilize in determining allocation and demand for on-going and future projects. During this update, TimHaahs examined the project demand and supply based on changes implemented at the hospital as well as planned improvements. |
