Lancaster General Hospital Parking Structure - Lancaster, Pennsylvania For Lancaster General Hospital, TimHaahs performed a parking supply and demand analysis and studied several functional options and cost estimates for the feasibility of constructing a parking structure. TimHaahs conducted a parking survey to determine the current parking supply and demand at the hospital’s facilities. TimHaahs provided five year projections based on survey data for future demand, and found a deficiency in the parking supply. After the completion of the parking study, TimHaahs performed functional design and parking consultation for the new parking structure.  In 2001, TimHaahs revised and updated the 1998 study, reestablishing the parking demand for an existing baseline that the hospital may utilize in determining allocation and demand for on-going and future projects. During this update, TimHaahs examined the project demand and supply based on changes implemented at the hospital as well as planned improvements. |
