LAZ Parking Garages Restoration - Atlanta, Georgia

For LAZ Parking, TimHaahs performed condition appraisal and restoration services for two parking structures in downtown Atlanta. TimHaahs performed an assessment of both the Luckie Street garage and the Forsyth Street garage.

For both parking structures, TimHaahs conducted visual walk-through condition appraisals, as well as developed structural construction documents and specifications for concrete repair. For the Forsyth Street garage, TimHaahs provided design and structural details for concrete restoration in the basement of the facility, as well as the adjacent sidewalk. For the Forsyth Street garage, TimHaahs also provided a structural analysis of the roof framing system.
