Merck & Company Parking Structure Condition Appraisals - West Point, PA TimHaahs performed Condition Appraisals and Order of Magnitude Repair estimates for four parking structures located at the West Point campus. The prestressed, precast concrete structures are essential infrastructure for Merck operations.  TimHaahs visual observed all four structures to determine areas that required repair, prepared order of magnitude estimates, and created a photographic inventory of repair areas. These preventive measures will allow Merck to increase the life cycle of the garages through effective maintenance. |
