Miami Jai Alai Casino - Miami, Florida The Florida Gaming Corporation is exploring the feasibility of expanding its existing slot and gaming operations, including the construction of structured parking. TimHaahs’ study provided site analysis to determine if either of the proposed sites will support structured parking. TimHaahs provided site feasibility and conceptual design services for a parking structure that intended to be a multi-level open parking structure to serve the current and future expansion of the Miami Jai-Alai. The desired expansion will likely require approximately 2,400 to 4,000 parking spaces. TimHaahs’ design created an active streetscape and pedestrian experience, as a gateway to the casino complex.
