Miami Parking Authority On Call Services - Miami, Florida

TimHaahs provides the Miami Parking Authority with professional parking consulting services under a three year contract with the city through 2007.



TimHaahs represents and advises the Authority throughout design and construction of various parking related projects. Services begin in the preliminary schematic design phase and continue through the end of construction, including 11th month walkthroughs. TimHaahs also provides comprehensive Owner’s Representative services, and assists MPA staff in the following services:

• Attendance at the MPA meetings, regular or special


• Conferring with and advising the offices, employees, and members of the MPA


• Appearance for and representation of the MPA in project meetings and negotiations


• Review project documents, reports and contracts


• Review and comment on all documents pertaining to project feasibility


• Review of parking management and parking operational agreements


• Research of parking and development issues, as requested


• Assist with the strategic planning and implementation of the MPA, as requested
