Montclair State University Site Evaluation & Financial Feasibility Analysis - Montclair, New Jersey Montclair State University experienced a parking deficit that was expected to grow during the next several years. As part of Montclair’s planning process, TimHaahs performed a site evaluation and financial feasibility analysis for a potential parking structure on its campus.  In addition to the parking structure analysis, TimHaahs investigated ways to reallocate the parking supply to better accommodate the needs of the various user groups. The impact and needs of individual commuters via New Jersey Transit was incorporated into the analysis of the sites and into the design concepts. The study concluded with 3-D CAD color renderings for the most likely sites to construct a parking structure and cost estimates associated with each scenario. |
