Morven Museum and Garden Consulting Services - Princeton, New Jersey Morven Museum and Garden is a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of the National Historic Landmark known as Morven, showcasing the cultural history of New Jersey. ![]() TimHaahs performed consulting services for its Princeton, New Jersey site. The museum was undergoing renovations and expansion, and the study’s main objective was to estimate future parking needs. The museum and garden needed a parking management plan to proceed with the reduction in size and layout of the existing parking area due to the renovation and expansion. TimHaahs reviewed the attendance projections provided by the museum, and estimated the future parking needs at full build out. In addition, TimHaahs reviewed the proposed plan for future parking areas, making recommendations on ways to improve the efficiency of the design by adding more parking. TimHaahs also identified other potential parking areas on the Morven site, and quantified the capacity of each area. The garage will serve diverse user groups throughout the course of a day. The garage will operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. The selected pay on foot revenue collection system will allow for the continuous operation of the garage. |
