National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency Garage - Fort Belvoir, Virginia TimHaahs provided parking consulting services for a new six level, 5100-space parking structure at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s (NGA) new Campus East in Fort Belvoir, VA. The NGA is consolidating operations from its six current locations throughout the National Campus Region (NCR) to one stand-alone campus, located at the Fort Belvoir Army installation. The NGA must accommodate a phased occupancy with an eventual goal to include a total of nearly 2.5 million square feet of development on the 115 acre site. The new structure will provide parking for employees, car pools, and NGA fleet vehicles. In addition, the structure also includes provisions to expand to an additional 1275 spaces as the development grows. TimHaahs provided parking consulting services for this project, including design analysis, preparation of functional design concepts, electronic space location signage, and review of final design.
