New Jersey Transit MetroPark Station - Metropark, New Jersey

For New Jersey Transit, TimHaahs provided parking consulting services for the parking facilities located at MetroPark Station. The project included the East Garage and the West Garage, which serve NJT customers who park at the station in Woodbridge, NJ.



The goal of the project was to combine both garages functionally into a system that would accept both monthly and daily users. Originally, the West Garage was designated for daily users and the East Garage was designated for monthly users. This helped to improve operational efficiency, maximize capacity, as well as capture all revenue without sacrificing customer service.

In addition, this project also included converting the existing pay-by-space system to a fully automated pay-on-foot system. This helped to create a more quick and efficient payment system for customers.
