Norristown Transportation Center Parking Structure - Norristown, Pennsylvania The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) selected TimHaahs to augment their existing bus and rail transit and associated facilities at the Norristown Transportation Center. The project includes an intermodal facility, which features a 522-space multi-level parking garage and intercity bus terminal. The facility provides intermodal connections between SEPTA’s suburban rail lines and bus routes, while adding greatly to the supply of convenient parking for the Transportation Center. ![]() ![]() The facility, in combination with the existing Transportation Center, creates a significant urban node, while helping to encourage future public and private development. The facility also establishes a more vibrant and attractive atmosphere in the area. ![]() The existing bus plaza is more completely enclosed and defined by the new facility. In particular, the architectural design of the west elevation recognizes its function and civic purpose.
