Novartis Pharmaceutical Company Parking Garage - East Hanover, New Jersey TimHaahs designed a parking structure on the main campus of Novartis Pharmaceutical Company in East Hanover, NJ. The 493 space garage will serve Novartis employees.  The structural steel garage has a footprint of 31,460 square feet, total square footage of 165,600, and consists of composite decking. Included in the structure are two fully glass-enclosed stair/elevator towers, with metal pan stairs and CMU elevator shafts. The garage also features painted structural steel and smooth/split face architectural CMU. The Novartis parking structure also includes a tensioned barrier cable system along the interior and exterior perimeter. This serves as both a bumper guard and a guard rail to promote and enhance openness and security in the facility. Construction of the facility is scheduled to be complete by the end of 2007. |
