One Bayfront Plaza Parking Consulting Services - Miami, Florida TimHaahs joined Terra Architecture to provide parking consulting services for the One Bayfront Plaza located in Miami, FL. This project encompassed two full city blocks containing approximately 100,000 square feet of retail space, and a parking garage with 2,500 spaces. The site is located directly across from the main Metromover station, and is one block from I-95 entrance and exit ramps. For this project, TimHaahs assessed operational concepts that include: • Parking Access & Revenue Control System to include a possible pay-on-foot station • Valet parking operations • Queuing allowance • Entry/exit layouts • Stair/elevator tower locations In addition, TimHaahs assisted with conceptual/ schematic design, functional design, design development, construction documentation, bidding negotiation, and construction administration services for this important project in downtown Miami.   *Rendering Courtesy Terra Architecture |
