Parkway Plaza 15th and Arch Streets Study - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania TimHaahs was retained by the Philadelphia Parking Authority (PPA) to perform a functional analysis and revenue projections at an existing parking lot located at the corner of 15th and Arch Streets in Philadelphia. ![]() PPA was already working to design and construct an office building which would include several levels of parking at the site. The purpose of the study was to determine the best possible parking layout for the structure. In addition, the study assessed current usage and pricing at the existing site to make recommendations for the future. TimHaahs performed a review of vehicular and pedestrian access and circulation pattern, as well as location of stairtowers and elevators for the proposed structure design. TimHaahs also updated the current financial proforma, to associate with the proposed Parkway Plaza project. This included updating garage fee structures, project annual operating costs, and financial proformas for different scenarios. |
