Pier Village Parking Structure - Long Branch, New Jersey TimHaahs provided design and consulting services for a parking structure at Pier Village. The development is a premier destination for shops, restaurants, and residences, which sits along the Atlantic Ocean in Long Branch, New Jersey. TimHaahs teamed with lead architect Minno & Wasko Architects, coordinating closely for the design of the garage.  The four level, 352-space, precast parking structure is wrapped on two sides by residential units. The architectural façade consists of thin brick, with architectural precast and window openings to mimic the abutting residential units. TimHaahs provided design and engineering of the foundation and superstructure, as well as architectural documentation for the parking garage. The garage serves both visitors and residents of Pier Village. |
