PLC Investments Lincoln East Garage - Miami Beach, Florida For PLC Investments Inc., TimHaahs provided parking consulting services for the Lincoln East Parking Structure. The retail project development at Lincoln East will consist of 484 parking spaces, of which 40 will be designated scooter parking spaces. The development is located on Lincoln Road and Washington Avenue in Miami Beach, Florida. TimHaahs reviewed the design team’s parking scheme and provided recommendations related to both functionality and operational concerns. Further, TimHaahs advised the developer on the advantages/disadvantages of the developed scheme. TimHaahs assessed the operational concepts for the parking component to include the following items: • Access ramps • Parking dimensions and striping • Accessible spaces • Parking access and revenue control system • Directional signage in garage In addition, TimHaahs reviewed the structural design, plumbing, and electrical components of the parking facility. Finally, during construction documentation, TimHaahs also reviewed construction drawings, specifications and documentation to conform to the Owner’s requirements for the parking facility. The 17,397 square foot retail space is scheduled to be completed by December 2010. |
