Plum Street Parking Garage - New Brunswick, New Jersey

For the New Brunswick Parking Authority, TimHaahs served as structural engineer and parking designer for this new 854 space parking facility. This eleven level facility will provide parking for Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital’s Children’s Specialized and Children’s Health Centers, as well as two flanking multi-use buildings to be constructed under the French Albany Redevelopment Plan.



TimHaahs is working closely with AST Development, the designated redeveloper under the French Albany Redevelopment Plan. The 854-space structure will serve 60,000 square feet of office space, 101 residential units and 13,000 square feet of retail space – all within the same block as the parking structure.

Construction on the Plum Street garage was completed in early 2007.
