Pocono Downs Casino Parking Structure - Plains Township, Pennsylvania The Pocono Downs Casino in Plains Township, Pennsylvania was in need of more parking due to a major expansion project at the site. TimHaahs provided structural engineering and parking design for the 2000-space parking structure. The structure will provide the required parking for further development, and relieve parking congestion due to the major expansion of the gaming facility. TimHaahs performed full architectural, structural, and engineering services for the project.
