Princeton Downtown Redevelopment Project - Princeton, New Jersey The Downtown Redevelopment Project includes several components: residential housing, retail, parking garage, and a public park. ![]() This shared-use 500 space parking facility will serve a public library, residential housing, local retail and restaurants. Housing fronts the parking structure facing the public park. Retail space is located on the ground level of the parking structure. The delivery method and contract included the design, financing, construction, operation, and maintenance of the project. The Borough of Princeton retained TimHaahs as the Owner’s Representative for the project. In this capacity TimHaahs reviewed the functional design layout, structural engineering, and parking access/revenue control specifications for the parking garage. ![]() The project team included developer Nassau Capital Advisors of Princeton, architect HNTB of Washington, DC, and contractor The Troast Group of Paramus, New Jersey. |
