Red Rose Transit Authority Queen Street Parking Structure - Lancaster, Pennsylvania For the Red Rose Transit Authority, TimHaahs is providing prime design services for the 450-space Queen Street parking structure in historic downtown Lancaster. TimHaahs is providing architectural, engineering, and planning services for the mixed-use structure, which will include space at grade for retail uses, as well as provisions for future development on top of the garage. Coordinating with the Red Rose Transit Authority, as well as the Lancaster Museum of Art, TimHaahs is incorporating the new parking structure into the historic atmosphere of the downtown area. The structure will serve as an attractive complement to the museum. The facility will also include a pedestrian connection from the garage to the museum to provide direct access for museum visitors. For the future development, TimHaahs will provide structural engineering for the ten story residential tower. This tower will also incorporate a green roof. ![]()
