Riddle Memorial Hospital Parking Structure - Media, Pennsylvania

For Riddle Memorial Hospital, TimHaahs designed a 530-space parking structure to serve their patients, visitors and employees. TimHaahs also worked with the hospital to implement a master planning strategy throughout the planning and design of the new facility and the surrounding campus.



TimHaahs provided full architectural documentation, structural engineering, lighting design, and MEP services. In addition, TimHaahs designed an enclosed, pedestrian bridge which links the parking structure to the adjacent Rothman Institute medical office building.

The adjacent Rothman Institute building is pursuing LEED Gold certification. To complement this achievement, TimHaahs designed the parking structure utilizing numerous sustainable design strategies including fly ash concrete, regional materials, and Low-E glazing of the glass stairtowers.
