Riverwalk Intermodal Mixed-Use Facility - Easton, Pennsylvania For the City of Easton, TimHaahs is currently providing prime design services for a mixed-use facility including 75 high-end condominiums and approximately 600 structured parking spaces. This intermodal transportation facility will serve as a catalyst for revitalization along Larry Holmes Drive in Easton, PA.  TimHaahs is coordinating this effort with Arcadia Properties, LLC, the developer, as well as the City of Easton, LANTA, and Trans-Bridge Lines. The parking structure incorporates a number of uses including: • an intermodal bus office • 25,000 square foot retail space at the first supported level • 75 high-end condominiums • partial plaza at the air rights portion above the structure All uses, with the exception of parking, will be located above the 100 year flood plain, which is at elevation 196’ (the first supported level). It is anticipated that the construction will start in September 2006. TimHaahs is serving as the prime designer, orchestrating all design disciplines throughout the entire process. |
