Riverwalk Intermodal Mixed-Use Facility - Easton, Pennsylvania For the City of Easton, TimHaahs provided prime design services for a mixed-use facility including 75 high-end condominiums and approximately 600 structured parking spaces. This intermodal transportation facility is intended to serve as a catalyst for revitalization along Larry Holmes Drive in historic Easton. ![]() TimHaahs coordinated this effort with developer Arcadia Properties, LLC, as well as the City of Easton, the Lehigh and Northampton Transportation Authority (LANTA), and Trans-Bridge Lines. The parking structure design incorporates a number of uses including: • Intermodal bus office • 25,000 square foot retail space at the first supported level • 75 high-end condominiums • partial plaza at the air rights portion above the structure All uses, with the exception of parking, are located above the 100 year flood plain, which is at elevation 196’ (the first supported level). TimHaahs served as the prime design firm for the facility, orchestrating the varied design disciplines throughout the entire process. |
