SkyRidge Medical Center Parking Study - Cleveland, Tennessee For SkyRidge Medical Center (formerly Bradley Memorial Hospital), TimHaahs provided a parking supply/demand analysis study for their main campus in Cleveland, TN. The study area consisted of 11 surface parking lots, one parking structure, and one overflow lot. The study determined parking capacity and utilization, as well as established present and future parking supply and demand for the proposed project site and survey area. As a result of this study, TimHaahs anticipated a parking shortage in the near future, which would require the need to add to the existing parking supply. TimHaahs advised the Medical Center on how they could expand an existing parking structure at a reduced cost, rather than build an entirely new garage. TimHaahs also recommended addressing the parking needs of visitors and patients first, as they are less familiar with the campus, and would need the most accessible and convenient parking areas.
