St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center Parking Study - Phoenix, Arizona For St. Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix, AZ, TimHaahs performed a comprehensive parking study. The study quantified the parking demand versus the parking supply for the present and future conditions of the hospital. TimHaahs performed hourly occupancy counts and on-street turnover counts on a typical busy day. The study also included obtaining inventory counts by survey, to determine driving ratios and parking location. The campus was experiencing significant growth, and it was determined that to meet the needs of all visitors and staff, the hospital would need to add to its existing parking supply. TimHaahs also recommended the evaluation of all signage and garage lighting, as well as increasing the number of visitor/patient spaces and relocating employee spaces. TimHaahs has also worked with the Hospital on a number of other parking-related projects, including a financial analysis of the parking revenues and expenses should the hospital construct an additional garage, and visitor and employee surveys to assess satisfaction and concerns. TimHaahs also assisted with the writing of RFPs for parking operations at the campus’ existing parking garages. ![]()
