T. Rowe Price Corporate Campus - Owings Mills, Maryland T. Rowe Price of Baltimore built a new corporate campus in suburban Owings Mills, Maryland. The complex included four office buildings in addition to four multi-level parking structures. Architect RTKL Associates, Inc. of Baltimore was the lead architectural firm while TimHaahs served as the engineer, architectural detailer, and parking consultant for the parking structures. The project was delivered in two phases with each phase providing two office buildings and two parking structures.  The Phase I parking structures are nearly identical with each measuring 120' x 360' and both using a single threaded helix layout incorporating two-way traffic. The Phase II parking structures are larger and include three supported levels of parking. One of the garages measures 120' x 300' while the other garage is 180' x 300'.
