T. Rowe Price Corporate Campus Phase 3 Parking Structures - Owings Mills, Maryland For T. Rowe Price, TimHaahs is providing prime design services for two new parking structures at their corporate campus in Owings Mills, MD. Garage Five and Garage Six are being designed as a result of the expansion of the existing campus, including the design of two new corporate buildings. TimHaahs is serving as the prime designer for the two parking structures, in conjunction with RTKL Associates, the architect for the campus expansion. The new parking structures will each incorporate between four and five levels. Garage Five will include approximately 520 spaces, and Garage Six will include approximately 615. Nearly half of the garage footprint on two levels will be enclosed to accommodate existing grading. In addition, there is the potential for placing an approximately 37,000 to 43,000 sf mail center on the ground level in one of the structures. The parking structures will serve the expanding campus, and provide essential infrastructure for the continued growth of the headquarters campus.  *Rendering courtesy of RTKL Associates, Inc. |
