Temple University Site Analysis Study - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania TimHaahs performed a parking structure site analysis study for Temple University, focusing on three potential sites at Temple’s Main Campus in Philadelphia. ![]() The objective of the study was to develop a conceptual parking structure layout for each site that could accommodate about 1500 parking spaces. A cost estimate was also included for each parking structure alternative. Each parking structure alternative provided between 1420 and 1480 spaces and ranged from six to eight levels each. The parking structures were estimated to cost between $13 million to $15 million each. TimHaahs has served as the university’s parking consultant since 1994. The firm has participated in the design of five parking structures and numerous parking study assignments during this time. |
